Absolut Care of Allegany is seeking an RN Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our Allegany, NY facility and supervise nursing staff. You will coordinate patient care, assess needs, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care across shifts.

The role requires an active NY RN license and experience in leadership and patient care management, with flexibility for days, evenings, and nights. Strong communication and time-management skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of New York is required.
• Experience leading nursing staff and coordinating patient care.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work varying shifts including days, evenings, and nights.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate patient care activities including medication administration and vital signs.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support staff development.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment.
