Job summary

Orchard Villa in Ohio is seeking a dedicated evening RN Supervisor to oversee the nursing department's daily operations and ensure high-quality resident care. You will provide clinical leadership, guidance to RNs, LPNs, and STNAs, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.

This role requires strong assessment skills, sound clinical judgment, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory nursing experience preferred.
• Post‑acute Care Experience Preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare EMR preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and daily oversight to nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, STNAs).
• Ensure resident care is delivered in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policy.
• Assist with admissions, assessments, care planning, and clinical decision-making.
• Monitor staffing levels and make adjustments as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and support direct-care staff in complex clinical situations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and support EMR compliance.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced evening RN Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the nursing department and ensure exceptional care for the residents we serve. The RN Supervisor provides strong clinical leadership, guidance, and support to RNs, LPNs, and STNAs.
