Job Summary

Responsibilities

1. Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
2. Collaborate with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
3. Provide empathetic care during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
4. Demonstrate competency and utilize comprehensive nursing expertise.

Qualifications

1. Graduate from an accredited nursing program (e.g., AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
3. Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
4. Maintain required competencies and certifications.
