Job summary

Holy Cross Hospital Mountain Point in Lehi, UT, seeks an RN Program Coordinator-Sepsis to develop, coordinate, and maintain the Sepsis Program, ensuring comprehensive and effective patient care across two locations.

You will drive strategy, protocols, and interdisciplinary collaboration to improve early identification, treatment, and outcomes for sepsis patients, while leading education, performance improvement, and compliance with CMS and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Three (3) years relevant healthcare experience preferred.
• RN license in good standing (participating state licensure).

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and maintain the Sepsis Program and CET Team.
• Drive program strategy, clinical protocols, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes and ensure standards compliance.
• Write, review and revise sepsis policies, procedures and practice standards.
• Provide education on new treatment options and performance improvement activities.
