Hillside - a HumanGood community in McMinnville, Oregon, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents. The shift options include NOC 6p-6a Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat and Days 6a-6p Mon, Tue; full-time or part-time schedules available. Bring an active Oregon RN license and CPR certification.

Prior senior care or sub-acute experience is preferred, and new grads are welcome. HumanGood offers a competitive benefits package with health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)

Qualificações

• Current RN license in the state for which applying.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred.
• New grads are welcome!

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm.
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care.
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
