Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized resident care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
