Good Samaritan is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care for residents at the GSS NE Albion facility. You will utilize the nursing process across all phases of care and collaborate with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Responsibilities include coordination of care, resident assessment, and education, with potential to serve as charge nurse and mentor staff.

Qualificações

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate resident care, assessment, and education with interdisciplinary team.
• Operate as charge nurse when required and supervise licensed/unlicensed staff.
