Luther Wood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Hatboro, PA is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain resident independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Active unencumbered PA RN license is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Highly organized and detail oriented, with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct the work of CNAs.
• Provide individualized nursing care per resident plans of care.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as ordered.
• Explain procedures and treatments to gain patient cooperation and reduce anxiety.
• Monitor vital signs and detect deviations from normal progress.
• Maintain and document residents' nursing records and care plans.
• Observe patient emotional status and prepare for ongoing care after discharge.
• Perform additional duties to ensure exceptional resident care.
