Job summary

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking an RN to provide individualized nursing care to residents in a Christian, not-for-profit setting. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all stages of health and wellbeing.

Graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold an unencumbered RN license. A BSN is preferred. Full-time positions offer a comprehensive benefits package including health and retirement options.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks within scope and competence.
• Ensure care complies with Nurse Practice Act and institutional policies.
