Qualifications

• Must have a current Iowa RN license and be in good standing.
• Must have CPR certification or willing to obtain.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on nursing care and administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor resident health and support individualized care plans with the clinical team.
• Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition.
