Job Summary

Qualifications

• Experience: Experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting is required.
• Skills: Adaptability, communication, compassion, problem-solving, resilience.
• License/Certification: Valid nursing license in Ohio or eligibility for renewal, current CPR/BLS certification.
• Work Environment: Well-lit, clean environment; ability to sit/stand for long periods; high-stress situations; variable noise levels.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, diplomacy, discretion, and professionalism are essential. Ability to prioritize responsibilities is required.
