Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Temple- Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX is seeking an experienced RN for a full-time seasonal Labor & Delivery assignment. This 13-week contract requires 36 hours per week with day and night shifts available and includes a $1,500 completion bonus.

The RN will provide high-acuity maternal care, develop and adjust care plans, assess patient needs, and collaborate with a skilled team to ensure safe, compassionate patient experiences in a fast-paced L&D unit.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
• Active RN license required.
• BLS certification within first 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments following standards.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Create safe, therapeutic environments for patients and families.

Baylor Scott & White Temple- Memorial Hospital is a 636-bed specialty care teaching hospital, Magnet Designated, and the only Level 1 Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin.

Full-time Seasonal Contracts For Experienced Labor And Delivery Nurses.

13- week Contract

Completion bonus of $1500.00

Qualifications

• A degree from a recognized nursing RN program
• A minimum of (1) one year's experience in Labor and Delivery Nursing
• A valid Registered Nurse license
• The ability to obtain a Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days of employment.
