Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a School Nurse (RN) to provide services and 1:1 care for medically fragile students in Norwalk, CT and surrounding towns for the 2026-2027 school year. New grads welcome and per-diem/ongoing schedules are available.

Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring vitals, and communicating with families. Must hold an RN license, CPR, and clearances; may assist with bus runs or field trips as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Current in-person CPR.
• Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal.
• Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, Vaccines as requested.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor vitals for medically fragile students.
• Contact parents or guardians as needed.
• Assist medically fragile children on bus runs or field trips by monitoring vitals and administering medications.
