Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work one on one with a student in a school setting in Nebraska. The role involves caring for a 1:1 student with tracheostomies and/or G-tubes in the Yutan school district, starting ASAP.

Responsibilities include providing nursing care for medical needs, potential transport with the student, and collaborating with school staff. Licensed RNs with BLS and state requirements are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current Health Certificate as required by facility contract or regulation.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for student(s) with medical needs (Trach, vent, G-tube Feedings, seizure monitoring with rescue medications, personal care, Diabetes care, etc.).
• May ride the bus to and from school with patient.

Current Open Positions

Young pedis. 6:45am-630pm Monday/Friday. Tuesday- Thursday will be 6:45- 5:30. Tracheostomy experience required.
