Pullman Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for Same Day Services – Pre-Admit with peri-anesthetic responsibilities. The role emphasizes independent peri-anesthetic management across a complex surgical population and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, quality patient care.

Ideal candidates will maintain WA licensure, hold BLS/ACLS/PALS at hire, and demonstrate strong clinical skills, communication, and delegation abilities within a supportive hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Maintains nursing licensure in good standing (WA)
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS at hire and maintained
• Demonstrates the ability to perform required nursing skills
• Demonstrates ability to learn and apply new patient care skills
• Ability to delegate and supervise team members
• Knowledge of quality improvement and standards of care in practice area
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize nursing care to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Gather information to form patient care delivery plans based on assessment.
• Communicate and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote therapeutic relationships.
• Maintain professionalism and contribute to a safe work environment.
