Mountain Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Black Mountain, NC, now under new management, is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate care. Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the State of North Carolina (required)
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility standards
• Monitor patient condition and report changes as needed
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care
