Job summary

Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, IN is launching a new RN rotation program designed for new graduates with under 1 year of experience. This 12-month rotation allows exposure to up to three adult inpatient care units before pursuing a permanent role.

New grads receive a full orientation and will work alongside an experienced RN as a team for the remainder of the program, with rotations across Medical, Surgical, Oncology, Ortho/Trauma, and Neuro units.

Qualifications

• Diploma in nursing or ASN/BSN.
• Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license required, CPR certification.
• New graduates under 1 year of experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month unit rotation across multiple adult inpatient care units.
• Receive a comprehensive orientation and work alongside an experienced RN as a team.
• Rotations include Medical, Surgical, Oncology, Ortho/Trauma and Neuro units.
