Health Wealth Safe is seeking an OR RN Robotics Program Coordinator to oversee and support robotic surgery within the operating room. This full-time role focuses on education for staff and physicians, schedule and equipment management, and maintaining protocols for robotic procedures.

You will report quality data, participate in improvement activities, supervise robotic staff, assist with marketing and recruiting, and ensure operative readiness across all age groups.

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in Nevada.
  • Minimum 3 years in an acute care OR.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact and educator for the Robotics Program, supporting staff and physicians.
  • Manage the robotic surgery schedule, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain and update OR/hospital protocols related to robotic procedures.
  • Report quality data to the Robotics Steering Committee and participate in performance improvement activities.
  • Supervise and advise robotic surgical staff, aiding in evaluation and competency assessments.
  • Assist in marketing and recruiting physicians for the robotic program.
  • Provide direct patient care across all age groups, addressing physical, psychosocial, and general aspects of surgical care.
  • Communicate continuously with surgical teams and ensure operating room readiness.
  • Develop clinical pathways for robotic surgeries and monitor equipment functionality.
