Palm Garden is seeking a Risk Manager (RN) to lead risk management initiatives within our Florida post-acute care facilities. You will oversee incident reporting, investigate root causes, and drive improvements with the QA program. Strong clinical documentation practices and a solid RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Active and clear RN license.
• 1–3 years of root cause analysis / risk prevention and management experience.
• PointClickCare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee risk management processes, incident reporting and follow-up investigations.
• Monitor and review clinical documentation for accuracy, compliance and risk reduction.
• Analyze trends related to falls, infections, incidents and quality indicators.
• Participate in QAPI / QA processes and performance improvement initiatives.
