Job summary

Palm Garden in Florida is seeking a Risk Manager (RN) to lead risk management initiatives for residents and families. You will oversee incident reporting, investigations, and QA processes, while ensuring clinical documentation accuracy and compliance.

The role requires an active RN license and 1–3 years of risk prevention experience; Point Click Care knowledge is a plus. Palm Garden emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active and Clear RN license.
• 1-3 years of root cause analysis / risk prevention & management experience.
• Point Click Care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
