Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in PA.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards and the physician's plan of treatment and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions, report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders, policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
