Terrebonne General Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Resource Allocation Pool Plus team in the Outpatient Pavilion. The role focuses on maintaining continuity of care by covering critical openings, keeping staffing profiles robust, and offering flexible working options for allied health professionals.

The RN will plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate nursing care, and collaborate with the care team to uphold high professional nursing standards in the clinical setting.

• Covering critical openings in specialized areas.
• Maintaining robust staffing profiles, especially during peak seasons.
• Offering flexible working options for allied health professionals to support work-life balance.

The Registered Nurse plans, implements, coordinates and evaluates nursing care for patients. This role participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing personnel and other patient team members in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
