Job summary

McLaren Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Resource Pool in Nursing Admin with responsibilities across direct patient care and leadership onboarding. The role supports quality nursing care in line with the Michigan Nurse Practice Act and department standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Michigan nursing license and have at least 1 year in Med/Surg or Critical Care, with ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC readiness within specified hire timelines. Schedule is full-time; on-site in Michigan.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Must possess valid State of Michigan Nursing License.
ACLS, TNCC and ENPC certifications required within specified timelines.
One year Med/Surg Nursing or Critical Care Nursing experience (or two years total hospital-based).

Responsibilities

Performs purposeful hourly rounding including pain, position, personal needs and possessions.
Creates and enhances the patient experience and seeks ways to improve patient satisfaction.
Provides nursing care directly to patients in a calm and professional manner.
