Job summary

Kettering Health Network seeks an RN Resource for the Beavercreek area to deliver bedside nursing care on nights. You will assess patients, develop plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes in collaboration with the care team.

This role emphasizes patient safety, regulatory compliance, and effective documentation. A valid Ohio RN license and BLS are required, with ACLS preferred and orientation provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
• None required; clinical experience during nursing program accepted.
• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio. BLS certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient assignments.
• Ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary care teams.
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and infection control standards.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
