Job summary

Kettering Health Soin in Beavercreek is seeking an RN Resource for night shift. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes in diverse clinical settings.

Required Ohio RN license and BLS; BSN is preferred. Prior clinical experience during nursing school is acceptable. Compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities & Requirements

The Registered Nurse (RN) Resource 1152 delivers patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with the healthcare team. This role ensures the safety, quality, and continuity of care for patients across diverse clinical settings, supporting optimal patient outcomes and compliance with regulatory standards. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.

Required Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).

Required Work Experience

• None required
• clinical experience during nursing program accepted.

Required Licenses, Certifications, And Registrations

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
