Job summary

The Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Resource Team/Float Pool role in Arlington Heights, IL. This per diem position offers flexible hours from 7pm to 7:30am with weekend coverage as needed, and a minimum commitment of 48 hours every six weeks including 12 weekend hours.

You will assess patients, coordinate care, educate patients and families, and participate in quality improvement while staying current with nursing standards and Illinois

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing school.
• Current Illinois nursing license.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate interventions.
• Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing.

Position Overview: This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) within a Resource Team/Float Pool, providing patient care in Arlington Heights, IL.
