Job summary

Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center in Rome, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Nursing Float Pool. You will float to multiple departments across the main campus and sister facilities, delivering comprehensive patient care and coordinating nursing processes.

The ideal candidate has an accredited nursing program completion, active RN license in the state, BLS & ACLS certification, and 2 years of hospital bedside care experience as preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• BLS & ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Two years of hospital bedside care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Use evidence-based practice and clinical decision making while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
