Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing experience demonstrating teaching, leadership & teamwork qualities with knowledge of AORN & Joint Commission standards.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Nebraska upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across departments and allocate resources for upcoming procedures.
• Assist with team education and strategic planning for equipment and supplies.
• Meet with physicians during hire and onboarding to determine needs and preferences.
• Coordinate updates to physician preference cards and communicate with stakeholders.
• Work with vendors to notify them of procedural needs, quotes and related topics.
