EvergreenHealth is seeking new RN graduates for their RN Residency Program in Kirkland, WA. This program supports the transition from education to practice, offering collaborative team support and professional growth opportunities. Applicants must hold a Washington State RN license and BLS certification. The role involves direct patient care, advocacy, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Wage Range: $44.92 - $81.96 per hour
Additional Pay for BSN / MSN
Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications, or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.
EvergreenHealth is seeking new RN graduates to join the well-established teams in our 3 MedSurg units: MedSurg, Medical Oncology, and Ortho, Spine & Neuro.
RN RESIDENCY PROGRAM DETAILS:EvergreenHealth's Residency Program consists of group practicums and lectures that support the graduate RN to mitigate the education-to-industry gap. We foster growth in the clinical, professional, and transitional aspects of professional nursing practice. The Residency program incorporates collaborative team support by managers, preceptors and clinical nurse educators.
RN Residents require a Washington State RN license and an American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS card by your hire date.

If you have a preference for a specific unit (MedSurg, Medical Oncology, or Ortho, Spine & Neuro) please indicate that in your cover letter.
