Qualifications
- RN license in New Jersey required.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to resident-first, compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, resident-centered nursing aligned with care plans.
- Coordinate with physicians, interdisciplinary team, and families.
- Monitor and document residents' conditions; respond to changes.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Maintain infection control and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor CNAs and support team culture.
