Schedule is 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM with on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• RN license required to practice as a nurse in the facility.
• Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience in a skilled nursing setting.
• Understand state regulations for long-term care and skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and advocate for residents.
• Update and coordinate care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with admissions and discharges and attend care conferences.
• Provide patient education and cover the floor as staffing requires.
