Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• New grad or <1 year RN direct inpatient experience, or moving from non‑inpatient to acute care with <1 year current acute RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care on the Telemetry unit.
• Collaborate with team to deliver patient‑centered care and safety.
• Engage with patients and families to explain care plans.
• Prioritize patient needs and adjust care based on acuity and resources.
• Seek supervision when needed to ensure safe, high‑quality care.
