With continued guidance and mentorship throughout the first year of practice, ProMedica is dedicated to supporting your success and professional growth.

Open to newly graduated nurses with less than one year of acute care experience, as well as nursing students eligible to apply in their final year, the program offers placements at various ProMedica hospital locations, with flexibility to match departmental openings. The residency duration ranges from 10 to 24 weeks, based on individual progress and unit needs, followed by a 12-month commitment to the unit of hire.

If you are a nursing student about to graduate or a newly licensed RN, we invite you to apply and take the next step in your career with ProMedica—where your opportunities are limitless.
