Hospital Sisters Health System invites Winter 2026 graduate nurses to apply for a full-time night-shift position (7pm–7am) in Medical-Surgical and OB units at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, IL.

The role is part of our nursing student opportunities program with a sign-on bonus of up to $12,500 for Med/Surg and Telemetry. Applicants must be graduated from an accredited nursing program, eligible for IL licensure, and hold a valid RN license in the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program eligible for licensure in IL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Licensed RN in state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.
