Job summary

The Hospital of Central Connecticut, part of Hartford HealthCare in Connecticut, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our acute-care team. The RN provides nursing care under supervision and follows the nursing process to develop individualized plans of care for patients and families.

Shifts are 36 hours per week, three 12-hour days from 7am to 7pm, with every third weekend and rotating holidays. CT license required; BSN preferred and experience in the specialty is welcome.

Qualifications

• RN with current Connecticut license required.
• BSN preferred.
• Experience in applicable specialty preferred.
• New graduates to work under supervision per State guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision and per hospital policies.
• Develop and implement a plan of care using the nursing process.
• Incorporate patient age needs in planning and care.
