Qualificações

• BLS certification required within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS certification required within 1 year of employment.
• Other certifications may be required during employment.
• Graduate Nurse or RN license in the state.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered, documenting care in the chart.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient response, notifying providers as needed.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and anticipate patient needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, plans, medications, and follow-up steps.
