This on-site, full-time program offers hands-on preceptorship, NCLEX test preparation and reimbursement, and ongoing professional growth to support new graduates transitioning into the nursing profession.

Eligibility requires graduating within six months or RN licensure within six months, with NCLEX expected within 45 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must be graduating within the next 6 months or have obtained RN licensure within the last 6 months.
• All graduate nurses must pass the NCLEX within 45 days of hire.
