Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett is seeking graduates to enter the New Graduate RN Residency Program. You will start a journey that pairs learning with mentorship, helping you build a solid clinical foundation while transitioning to professional practice.

The program includes a hands-on preceptorship, NCLEX test prep support, and ongoing education opportunities to advance your nursing career within a caring, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be graduating within the next 6 months or have obtained RN licensure within the last 6 months.
• All candidates must have successfully passed the NCLEX prior to their start date in the program.

Responsibilities

• Complete the New Graduate RN Residency Program with mentorship from experienced preceptors.
• Participate in an immersive orientation and monthly residency sessions to build clinical competency.
• Engage in a structured schedule including three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends.
• Maintain commitment to program requirements and participate in ongoing professional development.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing

Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school
