Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certification requirements
• Nursing degree and RN licensure needed
• No experience required for program
• Local travel may be required for training

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and document care
• Administer medications and monitor responses
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs
• Educate patients and families about condition and care plan

Skills

BLS within 30 days

ACLS within 1 year

Other certifications

Education

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
