Singing River Health System’s Nursing Residency Program offers a one-year jumpstart for new RN hires, with structured growth and long-term development plans after residency. New grads and recently licensed RNs can participate to acquire essential certifications and specialty training.

Participants complete ACLS, TNCC, and PALS and prepare for future specialty credentials, working across our Gulfport service area hospitals.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from NLN School of Nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Mississippi; current BCLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS where applicable.
• Minimum one year inpatient clinical experience within the last five years or equivalent refresher.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain specialty certifications (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, PALS) as part of residency.

• Participate in Singing River Health System’s Nursing Residency Program for one year to develop clinical skills.
• Complete mandatory certifications (ACLS, TNCC, PALS) and pursue specialty certifications as planned.
