Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital offers a 12-month RN Residency program beginning October or November 2026. It supports new graduates with education, mentorship, and blended learning experiences to transition from student to professional nurse.

The program covers Acute Care, Critical Care, ED, Women’s Services, Cardiovascular Progressive Care, OR, and more, featuring precepted orientation and peer support to foster growth and quality care in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program (for those graduating August 2026 or earlier).
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license is preferred.
• BLS CPR certification required (upload your BLS CPR card to your application).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes.
• Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities.
• Demonstrate professional growth, accountability, and collaboration within the team.
