Good Shepherd Hospital in Shelbyville, IL is inviting new graduates to start as a Nurse Extern II and transition into a Registered Nurse after licensure. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with night shifts and weekend/holiday rotation.
Requires RN licensure in the state of practice and BLS certification; Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred. Salary ranges reflect pay with experience, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for approved units.

Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
