UnityPoint Health is offering an RN Nurse Residency Program for Home Care in the Quad Cities area. The program runs 12 months with classroom and hands-on clinical experiences guided by nurse educators and preceptors.

Qualifications

• Graduate of State Board approved program for Registered Nurses.
• Maintain a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Card with re-certification.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the RN Nurse Residency Program for Home Care.
• Engage in classroom instruction focused on critical thinking, assessment, leadership and clinical decision making.
• Complete Residency Project and Residency Portfolio.
• Attend monthly educational seminars and Mileposts as scheduled.
• Receive guidance from experienced preceptors throughout the program.

Overview

RN Nurse Residency Program for Home Care. UnityPoint at Home Quad Cities (50‑mile radius‑mileage reimbursement). 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. $10K Sign On Bonus for external hires. UnityPoint at Home is seeking RN students graduating in May 2026 to join our next cohorts starting in July 2026.
