Job summary

BayCare is seeking an RN for the Department Pool (Renal/GI) on day shifts (6:45am–7:15pm). The role involves independently caring for a patient group using the nursing process and clinical standards, while delegating appropriate tasks to the health care team. The incumbent will be accountable for professional development and meeting department needs.

Requirements include RN licensure with BLS; ACLS if required by department. Prior acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required with Basic Life Support (BLS).
• ACLS if required by department.
• Experience in acute care or specialty areas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital pool setting.
• Demonstrated clinical competency and professional accountability.

Responsibilities

• Independently cares for a group of patients using the nursing process.
