Responsibilities

• Administer and document medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Provide wound care, urinary catheterization, oxygen care, tracheostomy care, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Assess residents health status and communicate changes to physicians; develop and adjust care plans.
• Coordinate care to prevent unplanned discharges and ensure safe and effective nursing interventions.
