Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Beverly is seeking a Registered Nurse who brings compassionate, patient-centered care to rehabilitation settings. You will assess patients, coordinate therapies, and support families on the road to recovery using our equipment and team-based approach.

We value RN licensure, CPR, and the potential for ACLS or CRRN certification, with a preference for at least one year of rehab hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure per state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year rehab hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments and tailor care plans.
• Build relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care.
• Support staff with complex patient needs and inquiries.
