Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing.
• Active New York State RN license.
• BLS by Orientation; ACLS completed by end of Orientation.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive patient and family assessments and develops person-centered care plans.
• Provides skilled, high-quality clinical care with accurate documentation.
• Uses critical thinking to support sound clinical decisions and evaluate outcomes.
• Applies evidence-based practice and mentors staff to improve patient care quality.
