Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital in Georgetown, KY, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehab team. You will supervise care, assess patients, tailor plans, and support families to drive recovery using compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
