Job summary

University Hospital Beachwood Rehab, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a RESOURCE role in Ohio. You will deliver direct patient care, follow the nursing process, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support healing and safety in daily operations.

The ideal candidate has a BSN/ADN or Nursing Diploma, current RN licensure, CPR/BCLS certification (ACLS preferred), and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure.
• CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Document patient care accurately.
• Monitor and communicate patient condition to care team, physicians, patients and families.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines, including transfers and discharges.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and care.
• Advocate for patient physical and emotional well-being.
