Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation and Healing of Brandon is actively seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Brandon, FL team in a full-time capacity. This facility focuses on long-term and rehabilitation care, delivering patient-centered nursing in a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Must be a graduate of a basic education program in professional nursing.
• A minimum of one year medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute care or long-term care setting is preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license in state(s) of practice and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to Nurse Practice Act, facility policies, and nursing judgment.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care for long-term and rehabilitation patients.
• Deliver nursing care to residents in long-term/rehabilitative settings.
• Implement and evaluate the patient plan of care and outcomes.
• Direct and supervise nursing staff and other personnel as needed.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and equipment knowledge; uphold patient rights.
